Fancy Components
Playful, copy‑paste microinteractions for modern React UIs.

About
Fancy Components is an open source collection of playful, ready-to-use UI components and microinteractions built mainly with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Motion (formerly Framer Motion). The library focuses on re-creating popular effects from award-winning websites such as animated text, physics-based elements, carousels, backgrounds, and creative layout blocks so developers can quickly add delightful, unconventional interactions to their interfaces or use the code as inspiration for custom components. It is free for personal and commercial projects, with a growing catalog of text animations, image effects, SVG filters, and layout blocks designed to make otherwise standardized interfaces feel more expressive and fun. The creators also put a strong emphasis on explaining how many of these effects are built: each component ships with examples, live demos, and thorough documentation that walks through how the interaction works and how the animation is implemented, making it easier to understand, customize, and learn from the underlying techniques.
